Staz adalah bos vampir dari dunia iblis, tetapi dia tidak begitu tertarik dengan darah manusia. Dia justru malah tergila-gila pada budaya jepang. Ketika dia mengetahui bahwa Yanagi Fuyumi, seorang gadis remaja jepang, yang tidak sengaja masuk ke kota iblis, ia merasa ini adalah kesempatan.
